Morrisey, Ian Brown and Noel Gallagher were all born in Greater Manchester so Mike Flowers Pops
Although this seems a bit obvious really so its not my guess.
More likely that
Ian Brown was in the Stone ROSES.
Morrisey often appeared on stage with FLOWERS
and Mike FLOWERS pops.
So the odd one out is the miserable git Noel from Oasis.

Not sure if this is the right answer, but it is true:
Ian Brown, Noel Gallagher, and Steve Morrissey all have biographical pages about them on Wikipedia.com.
Mike Flowers Pops has a Wikipedia entry, but there is nothing specifically for Mike himself—just the band.
Correct or not, this is an annoying fact that ultimately caused me to stop looking for the answer!

Okay, I’ll bite. But I don’t believe it is this simple. However, the odd man out is the top lefthand photo. All pictures are displayed on fabric folds; only the top lefthand photo does not have a fabric “V” fold to its lefthand side.
