Tonights Menu includes:
Entrees: Prawn Cocktails, Little Boys and Pigs in the Blanket.
Mains: Bugs and Bacon Pizza, Meat Pie with your choice of Tomato or BBQ Sauce, a selection from our wide range of Seafood, Chiko or Spring Rolls, Pluto Pup, potato cakes and of course Flake.
Desserts: Pavlova and Lamingtons all served with Bulla Ice Cream and Topping.
I shall be serving a selection of our fine Wines from the Hunter Valley of NSW as well as a several from the Tamar Valley of Tasmania (pre Pulp Mill ) and accompanied with a soft cheeses from King Island and the North West of Tasmania (also Pre Pulp Mill and Dioxine outflow).
You will notice that I will not serving Kangaroo, Emu or Goanna tonight as most Aussie find the eating of National Coat of Arms and Icons more than a little disturbing, besides we usually sell that to the tourists.
We do hope you enjoy Dining with us and come back as soon as your Arteries have cleared and your sugar levels returned to their normal state….

Yes we make some of the best Cheeses down here… King Island have cream and Brie and the other soft one… cammon?????? anyways king Island has unpoluted soils and the cows are only feed on the pasture it has a unique flavour very nice, they also make it near a Town called Burnie on the Northwest coast and is also unique both as lovely…..

you could aways met up in Melbourne for some shopping then get a flight from Melbourne to Burnie then I can take to the Cheeses tasting rooms on the way.. if You time it right we can via the Cherry and fresh strawberry farms for a sample… hows this $3,00 per kilo for fresh picked Cherrys and Strawsberries…. yum yum..

I was on the Tube in London last week actually and there was a guy telling his mate that his sister has just announced that she was selling up and moving to Tasmania, I did think of saying check out your blogs but I thought I’d sound a tad crazy.
Anyway, if you come across a middle aged woman from Yorkshire (who is an ex-publican) any time in the future, I’ve met her brother!

I met a husband and wife from Devon last weekend, and met plenty from the UK on holidays here… a few move down here…. it is much like England in the landscape but the moorlands not the cities, the climate is similar down here in Queenstown but not as wet ……
